In any case you received a damaged, or a non-functional item, upon receiving the item, make sure to record it in video and/or in picture, and send it to customercare@derosabeauty.com. As damaged items by the delivery person is not Derosa Beauty inc.’s responsibilities. We will investigate into the case and we will find the perfect solution for you.

PAYMENTS
If we receive a payment for an item that is not available to ship and deliver, we will contact you within 24 hrs to arrange for a full refund, or to make an adjustment with a solution that suits you the best, which might include extra bucks coupons.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have 2 hours to cancel an order. You cannot cancel orders placed after 2 hrs, you must accept the delivery when it arrives to your destination before you can contact us for returns. To return or exchange an item, all items must not be un-opened, un-used, in original packing condition. Please note: Derosa beauty Inc. do not cover the returns’ shipping cost, and we (Derosa Beauty Inc.) have no responsibilities of lost items during returns.
