To request a return or exchange, simply email customercare@derosabeauty.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return/exchange. Make sure you indicate which item(s) you would like to return/exchange. After that, a sale associate will contact you with information on returning/exchanging your product. Please note that in most cases, we offer store credit & exchanges, not cash refunds.
